La Cave Terms & Conditions
By joining this club, members agree to the following terms and conditions. Greenhill Vineyards welcomes guests aged 21 and over only.
As with all clubs at Greenhill, communication from Greenhill to members will be via email.
La Cave membership is limited to one locker for a maximum of two adults in the same household. Once a locker is assigned, a member may not request to be moved to another locker. La Cave benefits do not apply to members’ children or other family members. La Cave Club membership is non-transferrable. La Cave members must be present to receive benefits.
La Cave members must pay an annual fee of $795. This flat fee will be collected prior to assignment of a locker and will consider any prior deposit. Once the fee has been charged to the card on file, new members can request their personalized plaque for their locker. Upon approval, the plaque will be ordered and placed on the locker and Greenhill will notify the La Cave member.
Current La Cave members will be reminded to renew approximately two weeks prior to their membership expiration date via email. Members can respond to the Club Manager with their intent to renew. If a member does not respond to any communication by the expiration date of their membership, their membership will be considered canceled. Upon cancellation, all items will be removed from the locker and Greenhill will hold such items until they are picked up or other arrangements are made.
La Cave members will be given a key for the lock on their locker. A lock-out key will be kept by Greenhill. If a member loses their key, they are required to notify Greenhill in order to change out the lock.
In accordance with Virginia ABC laws, La Cave lockers are only for the storage of Greenhill wine that has been purchased on property and never removed from the property. La Cave member disbursements from a bimonthly or quarterly case membership will be placed in their locker soon after credit cards are charged. Wine received as a disbursement from the Barrel Club or other club membership and any wine purchased by the member can be placed in lockers by Greenhill, at the request of the La Cave member, as space permits.
Greenhill reserves the right to change the terms and conditions related to this membership. Members will be notified of any changes by email.
